Previous releases of the eClinic SMSC for Mac are incompatible with the recent Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) upgrade, but a new release is now available that fixes these issues. Keep Customers returning to your Pharmacy.
eClinic Pharmacy is a Windows based mass communication application which enables Pharmacists to automatically communicate with Patients through SMS to assist with script refill management, medication compliance and other product and treatment services.
The SMS broadcast is run automatically at a frequency (per Patient) determined by the Pharmacist...together with a personalised message. Information included in the SMS includes current medication, date medication was dispensed and number of repeats remaining.
eClinic Pharmacy integrates with Fred, LOTS and PharmacyPro. It will be compatible with Minfos shortly.
Software is not required by Medical Practitioners for operation.
