eClinic Pharmacy is a Windows based mass communication application which enables Pharmacists to automatically communicate with Patients through SMS to assist with script refill management, medication compliance and other product and treatment services.

The SMS broadcast is run automatically at a frequency (per Patient) determined by the Pharmacist...together with a personalised message. Information included in the SMS includes current medication, date medication was dispensed and number of repeats remaining.

eClinic Pharmacy integrates with Fred, LOTS and PharmacyPro. It will be compatible with Minfos shortly.

Software is not required by Medical Practitioners for operation.

eClinic Pharmacy solves the administrative burden associated with reviewing and sending owing and last repeat script requests to Medical Providers. By allowing you to review owing and last repeat scripts electronically and then send owing script requests collectively to Medical Providers in a single action, you will notice a significant improvement in the script turn-around time along with productivity gains in your Pharmacy.
